If the site you are using it on is in anyway connected to either of the above – such as sites connected to illegal drugs or weapons, pornography, or hatred against any particular group your license will be revoked and you will not be refunded.
2. Refund Policy: We assume you want to install WPCHAT on your WordPress site. If it does not work – for example – a PHP issue – or a plugin conflict – we will fix it for you. If you have difficulty with the programming of the chat will gladly get on a Zoom with you to customize it for you although it’s really quite simple. But if we can not get it to work for you to your satisfaction, we will gladly refund you within 30 days.
3. Congratulations on your purchase. The continuing monthly fee lets us keep adding new features to the chat. Please send new feature requests to support@wpchat.ai
4. YES! We can handle specific and complex programming needs and distribution issues. There may be an extra charge for this. Contact us at support@wpchat.ai
5. We anticipate frequent updates of the plugin in response to your feedback and wishes. If you cancel your monthly payments, you will not receive these critical updates – but your plugin will continue to function.
